Welcome to Carolina Pure Pilates.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, memberships, class bookings, and related offerings.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
 
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase memberships or services unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent.
 
2. Studio Services
Carolina Pure Pilates provides Pilates instruction, memberships, private sessions, workshops, and related wellness services.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update services at any time.
 
3. Online Booking
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
Class reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed through our booking system.
 
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases completed before the effective date of the change.
 
5. Memberships and Class Packages
Memberships and class packages are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
Failure of payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
 
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Carolina Pure Pilates does not currently charge cancellation fees or no-show fees.
Clients are encouraged to cancel reservations as soon as possible so other members may reserve available spaces.
We reserve the right to modify our cancellation policies in the future. Any policy changes will be communicated before becoming effective.
 
7. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, purchases of memberships, class packages, retail items, gift cards, and services are non-refundable.
Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Carolina Pure Pilates.
 
8. Studio Conduct
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, clients agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow clients respectfully.

• Follow instructor directions.

• Use equipment responsibly.

• Maintain appropriate hygiene.

• Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for conduct that threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.
 
9. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for determining whether participation in Pilates classes is appropriate for their individual health.
Clients should consult a healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns prior to participating.
These Terms do not replace the separate liability waiver or health acknowledgment that may be required before participation.
 
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, text, and designs, is the property of Carolina Pure Pilates unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
 
11. Website Availability
We strive to keep our website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
 
12. Disclaimer
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Participation in exercise programs involves inherent risks.
 
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carolina Pure Pilates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or services.
