FAQS

Is Pilates beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Classical Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, our instructors provide guidance and modifications to help you build strength, confidence, and proper technique at your own pace.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothing with zippers or large buttons, as they can damage the equipment. Hair should be secured if it's long.

Do I need grip socks?

Yes. Grip socks are required for all classes for safety, hygiene, and stability on the equipment. If you don't have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

How often should I attend?

For the best results, we recommend attending 2–3 classes per week. Consistency is key to building strength, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and developing better movement patterns. Even one class a week can make a meaningful difference.

Can I come if I have injuries?

In many cases, yes. Pilates is often recommended to help improve strength, mobility, and body awareness. Please let your instructor know about any injuries or medical conditions before class. We may recommend private sessions before joining group classes depending on your needs. Always follow your healthcare provider's recommendations.

Is Pilates good during pregnancy?

Pilates can be an excellent form of exercise during pregnancy when approved by your healthcare provider. We recommend discussing your exercise plans with your physician and notifying us before your first class so we can provide appropriate modifications. Depending on your stage of pregnancy and experience level, private sessions may be recommended.

How do I book classes?

Booking is quick and easy through our online scheduling system. Simply create an account, choose the class that fits your schedule, and reserve your spot. We recommend booking in advance, as class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide personalized instruction.
